I am Keith Mcniven a former British and English national champion athlete and personal trainer with over 10 years experience. I specialize in twelve, eight and six-week body transformations and I also offer a range of bespoke personal training.

When you train with me everything is based on results, I have knowledge in all areas of fitness training, including fat loss, lean muscle gain, athletic performance, and sports science. On initial consultation, I will discuss all your health and fitness goals and put a structured plan in place to achieve them in the quickest possible time
