I am Keith Mcniven a former British and English national champion athlete and personal trainer with over 10 years experience. I specialize in twelve, eight and six-week body transformations and I also offer a range of bespoke personal training

I have built a strong reputation in providing rapid, safe and impressive results for all of my clients. I have many years experience, with proven results and I am fully committed to working with you to deliver excellent sustainable long term results, not just quick fixes.

I provide personal training at private personal training studios throughout London no membership needed, your home or a park local to you. I pride myself on providing a supportive and fun environment, so if you’re just starting out training or even a more seasoned athlete I can partner with you to realize your health and fitness goals.

When you train with me everything is based on results, I have knowledge in all areas of fitness training, including fat loss, lean muscle gain, athletic performance, and sports science. On initial consultation, I will discuss all your health and fitness goals and put a structured plan in place to achieve them in the quickest possible time
