How Does Online Coaching / Online Personal Training Work?
Online Coaching begins with an in-depth look at your lifestyle, training history and goals so I can design a personalised, sustainable plan for both training and nutrition. Once your programme is complete, you’ll have a welcome meeting walking you through everything you need to know to start moving toward your goals with confidence.
You’ll stay consistent through regular communication, weekly check-ins, progress assessments, and ongoing support—so you’re never left guessing.

Onboarding
As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive a detailed online lifestyle questionnaire. This gives me all the information I need to build your customised training schedule and nutrition plan.
Welcome Meeting
In this 20–60 minute walkthrough Meeting, I’ll explain every part of your programme and outline exactly what’s required to achieve the transformation you’re aiming for. Think of it as the roadmap to your ideal physique.
Tailored Training & Nutrition Plans
I don’t believe in generic, copy-and-paste plans. Your training programme is built specifically for your goals, backed by research, and designed to shape and develop the exact physique you want.
Nutrition is simplified too — you’ll know your daily calorie targets, macronutrient breakdowns, which foods to prioritise, and how to fuel your training and recovery effectively. You’ll also get tasty, easy-to-follow recipes and guidance that will help you build long-lasting healthy habits.
Weekly Check-Ins & Progress Tracking
Each week, you’ll complete a check-in that gives me an overview of far more than just your workouts and meals. We’ll look at bodyweight trends, hunger, energy levels, recovery, steps, hydration, and more. This gives me a full picture of your week so I can adjust your plan and keep you progressing.
Weekly Feedback (Voice or Video)
This is where the coaching really comes to life. Every week, I’ll send you personalised feedback highlighting what’s going well and what we need to improve moving forward. This regular communication ensures you stay supported, accountable and motivated throughout your journey.
Monthly Progress Meeting
Once a month, we’ll sit down for a dedicated progress meeting (video or call). This is your opportunity to discuss how things are going in more depth—review results, talk through any challenges, fine-tune your plan, and set clear goals for the month ahead. These sessions ensure long-term focus, clarity, and continuous improvement.

In addition to weekly feedback, you can contact me anytime through our Online Coaching App or Whatsapp. I’ll be by your side throughout your transformation—guiding, motivating and supporting you every step of the way.
