No generic programs — your plan is personalized, research-backed, and includes daily calorie targets, macronutrient breakdowns, and easy-to-follow recipes.
4️⃣ Weekly Check-Ins & Feedback
Each week, you’ll submit updates on workouts, nutrition, energy, and recovery. I’ll provide voice or video feedback to keep you accountable and on track.
5️⃣ Monthly Progress Meeting
A monthly video call to review results, troubleshoot challenges, and fine-tune your plan, keeping your long-term goals in focus.
6️⃣ Unlimited Support

Yes you do – sessions that only ever last 30 minutes can be booked if that’s what will work for you – so you can attend during your lunch hour, or when sessions are only 30 minutes duration they can be slotted in before work or between the end of work and an evening commitment. So even if you are short on time – you have enough of it spare to look after your body and mind by hiring a personal trainer.
Usually one hour but we do offer a thirty minute sessions option also.

No we train all our clients at our Private Personal Training Studio, no membership is needed.
It will depend on your goals, but most clients train between 2-4 times per week.
We train our clients in any park or at home in zones 1-4 but have our very own private studio in the city of London.
